Shipping and Returns

Returns and refunds
1. If you would like to return your product, you must contact us within 7 days and return the package within 30 days of the date you received it. If the item is in your possession for more than 7 days, it is considered used and no refunds or replacements will be issued. The shipping costs for returns are split 50/50 between the buyer and seller.
2. All returned items must be returned in their original packaging, and buyers must provide us with the shipment tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your purchase order.
3. We will refund the full amount on receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging, with all components and accessories included, after both buyer and seller cancel the transaction on AliExpress. Alternatively, you may choose to be sent a replacement product.

Warranty
1. The product is covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s limited warranty if it's defective (not including items damaged or misused after receipt).
2. Defective items must be reported and returned within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number. We will not repair or replace items if the warranty is expired.
